We’re Irish twins and both qualified Nutritional Scientists.
We have a passion for creating healthy and nutritious foods so we decided to start writing down and sharing all of our recipes. To help fuel our passion for running and fitness, along with our sweet tooth, we are constantly in the kitchen coming up with new recipes. We’re both vegetarians and a lot of our recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan and paleo friendly etc.
We love desserts so we thought it was time to avoid the sugar hangover and start making healthy alternatives. Being healthy isn’t about doing drastic juice cleanses and starving your body. We also love helping people learn and understand more about food and nutrition so we always give you a little insight into the benefits of each recipe.
